Other information:
A fee of 500 CZK/week is charged for a pet (maximum number of dogs is 2).
Prices don´t include local fee 15,- CZK/adult person/day. Water is included in the price. Electricity is charged separately 6,- CZK per KWh (average consumption per week in the winter season about 600 kWh, in summer adout 100 kWh). Upon arrival we require refundable deposit 2000,- CZK, which will be returned after checking the house by the departure.
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday for one or more weeks or by arrangement.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 8 weeks before the start of your stay, we will refund 100%
If you cancel at least 4 weeks before the start of your stay, we will refund 50%
If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the start of your stay, we will refund 20%
If you cancel at least 1 week before the start of your stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
